1. General By accessing and using the The Happy Bunch People website (www.thehappybunchpeople.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product images are real photos of bunches made and are AI generated without a background — due to the nature of fresh flowers, colours, stem counts, and arrangements may vary slightly based on seasonal availability.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery We deliver within our designated delivery zones in the Sydney area. Same-day delivery orders must be placed by the cut off time listed on our website which is currently 10AM. Delivery time frames are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Perishable Goods Fresh flowers are perishable. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to follow any care instructions provided. We are not responsible for the condition of flowers after successful delivery if care instructions are not followed.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of The Happy Bunch People and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, The Happy Bunch People will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
